THE ‘RUNNING IN’ PERIOD While you are no doubt eager to experience the full benefits that your new FOOT CRADLES will provide, please bear in mind that it may take a little while for your feet – and also your legs, ankles, knees and spine – to adjust to them. After all, it probably took years – maybe even decades – for your feet to get into their present state. This is not something that can always be put right immediately as it generally will take some time for your feet, legs and spine to re-adjust to their new, healthier configuration. Just how long it takes before you start getting truly noticeable benefits from your FOOT CRADLES will vary greatly according to the specifics of your personal circumstance, but generally you should start experiencing major improvement within a couple of weeks or so. Note, however, that while improvement will most certainly take place, the initial process of adjustment may be marked by mild discomfort, although this is rare. FITTING YOUR FOOT CRADLE 1.   The foot cradle is intended to sit under the heel and instep, stopping just before the ball of the foot. It is not intended to go from heel to toe. This design does, however, bring relief to all areas of the foot. 2.   Try your foot cradle on for size by placing it in your shoe, sitting the heel of the cradle comfortably in the heel of your shoe. 3.   Once you are satisfied that the size is correct, peel back the adhesive backing on the sticky tab under the heel of the foot cradle and press firmly into place. 4.   Your foot cradles should feel immediately comfortable however, we recommend that you allow at least three weeks of regular wear in the same pair of shoes to get the full benefit from your foot cradles.
